Connection, Community, and Looking Ahead

October was all about connection for the Circle Square team. Jono and Alex had the opportunity to represent Circle Square for the very first time as table hosts at the READY STEADY CONNECT Disability Expo in Ballarat. It was an incredible experience meeting so many passionate people, hearing their stories, and sharing what Circle Square is all about. The feedback and interest in our program were overwhelming, and we’re excited to take on the suggestions and explore new collaborations that came from the event.

While the month brought plenty of positives, we also received some news that our official opening will be slightly delayed, with a new target of January next year. It’s not the timeline we had hoped for, but we know the extra time will allow us to make sure everything is done right. In the meantime, our focus will be on strengthening community connections, building our online presence, and creating some buzz ahead of the big opening.
