He holds Certificates III & IV in Fitness and is CrossFit Coaching certified, blending functional training with adaptable, practical movement. His coaching style is clear, grounded and easy to engage with, helping people feel confident, comfortable and supported through simple, effective training.

Jono Bui
Jono is a qualified personal trainer with Certificates III & IV in Fitness, bringing a strong foundation in functional movement, mobility and confidence-building. His coaching style is calm, adaptable and encouraging, making him particularly effective at helping individuals progress at a pace that feels safe and achievable. Jono blends fitness knowledge with a grounded, supportive approach to help people move well and feel good doing it.

Alex Bryan
Alex Bryan is an experienced industry professional with four years of hands-on work across fitness, behaviour support and community programs. With a background in personal training and program design, Alex brings a structured yet people-focused approach to helping individuals build confidence and capability through movement. As a co-founder of Circle Square, he leads the vision for creating an inclusive, calm environment where everyone can train at their own pace.

Alex Trigg
Alex is a movement specialist with a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science and professional experience in coaching across diverse abilities. His sessions are calm, structured and evidence-based, making him a key part of Circle Square’s fitness-first environment. Alex excels at helping individuals feel confident in unfamiliar settings, simplifying routines and tailoring programs to suit each person’s comfort level and goals.

Lukas Pegg
Lukas is a fitness-focused professional with Certificates III & IV in Fitness and experience coaching youth sports programs. With a strong interest in strength training, movement and functional fitness, he brings an energetic, motivating style to his sessions. Lukas excels at helping people gently challenge themselves, build confidence and enjoy a supportive, uplifting training environment.

Shane Bryan
Shane is a calm, experienced support professional who brings leadership and movement-based coaching to Circle Square. He holds a Certificate IV in Personal Training, Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), and Certificate IV in Mental Health, plus an Advanced Diploma in Business (Human Resources). With experience across law enforcement and school learning support, Shane helps participants build confidence, wellbeing, and independence through structured routines and positive connection.

Shayne Minion
Shayne is a calm, approachable team leader who combines movement-based support with frontline disability experience. He holds a Certificate IV in Personal Training and Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice, and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Disability. With a strong service and management background, Shayne communicates clearly, builds trust with families and teams, and focuses on support that is practical, consistent, and genuinely makes a difference.

Hollie Anderson
Hollie is a warm, people-focused coach who holds a Certificate IV in Personal Training and is a qualified hairdresser. She brings a calm, friendly style to every session, building genuine connection and helping participants feel confident, comfortable, and supported. Hollie loves creating a welcoming environment where people can move with confidence and feel more capable day to day.
