Trades on deck and the team coming together

December has been the month where Circle Square truly started to take shape. Building works officially kicked off, and with the Christmas break approaching, all trades have been on deck to push through as much as possible before everyone clocks off for the holidays. Watching the space change week by week has been unreal, it’s the kind of progress that makes everything feel real.

Behind the scenes, the owners and staff have been mapping out what the first weeks will look like once the doors open. We’ve also been working hard to finalise the back-end enrolment paperwork and processes needed to support participants properly from day one. It’s not the flashy part but it’s the part that makes the experience smooth, consistent, and stress-free for everyone involved.

The team has also started coming together in a big way. We’ve been putting each other through our paces with training formats that will be used inside the Circle Square program, building confidence in how we coach, support, and deliver the experience we’re aiming for.

It’s been a month of momentum, planning, and progress and it has set us up for an exciting start to the new year.
